Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days using the original payment method. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services completed and the remaining service period. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If services have been partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and the remaining service period. We will work with you to find a fair resolution that takes into account the value of services already delivered.
Refunds may not be available for completed SEO audits, one-time consultations, or services that have been fully delivered according to the agreed scope of work. Additionally, services that have been customized specifically for your business may not be eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
